Men's Retreat October 8-10 "Pine Summit" in Big Bear (same place we met last year). $20 deposit due at Sign Up Total Cost: $120 (less deposit). Hotel style suites Great time of worship. "Crusin For A Cure" Car and Bike Show

Come join us for the 2nd Annual Relay for Life Car and Bike Show, "Cruisin For A Cure"

Kicking off the 8th Annual Relay for Life in May 2011.

Senior Adult Ministry

Oak Glen Luncheon

Thursday, September 16th at 11:30 a.m. Cost is $22.00 per person. Price includes: Luncheon at Los Rios Ranch, Riley Family Entertainment and a tour and history of the apple orchard and operations.

BBQ

Friday, October 15th at 5:30 p.m. in the Gym. Cost is $5.00 per person. Hamburgers and Hotdogs will be supplied. Bring a yummy!

Children's Worship Bags

Worship bags with an activity sheet and bendable toy are now available for 4 and 5 year old's. You may pick one up under the West side nursery counter. Please return the bag and bendable toy after the service. Thank you.

Food Pantry

The Food Pantry at FITP serves between 300 and 400 people each month. With that in mind, we are continually looking for "deals" on the food we purchase for these folks. If you know of any food banks, stores, etc. that would be willing to work with us in providing food for our pantry at a reduced cost, and folks that would be willing to help deliver the bulk food to the Pantry, please contact Sandy Freels at the church office Monday thru Friday, 8 - 11:30 a.m.

Second Saturday of each month @ 7:30 a.m. at the Farm House Restaurant in Banning.

Operation Christmas Child

It is that time of year again to remind the congregation how close we are to Christmas and to think about "Operation Christmas Child." Start saving your shoeboxes and picking up toys and other items a child might like. Gum and candy is always welcomed by all ages! As always there will be boys and girls, ages 2-4, 5-9 and 10-14. There will be brochures with the information in plenty of time to read, fill out and put in the shoeboxes. We will have some shoeboxes as we did last year. They are donated by a very generous buisnessman. We have been asking to make sure the boxes that are given out at our church are counted and returned either full or empty. So we will do a little different this year giving out those boxes. We will let everyone know when we have the boxes and when we will start collecting. If anyone has any questions, please call Ursula D'Avignon at 845-4301.

Women's Ministry

Women's Friendship Breakfast

Every third Saturday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in B101-B102. $5.00 donation.

Women's Bible Study

'Women of the Word' will be starting a Bible Study on Monday nights and Tuesday mornings.

The study is a Precept Upon Precept Ministries study on:

'Covenant - Knowing God's Covenant'

Sign-ups begin on September 5th.

Bible Study begins on:

~ Monday, Sept. 27, 6:30-8:30 p.m. and...

~ Tuesday, Sept. 28, 9:00-11:00 a.m.

Book Cart Ministry

There are many wonderful books to borrow and read.

(We are located in front of the church on the South side)

The Entrance

Fridays, 7 to 10p.m. The entrance to the new building will be open with coffee available. If you would like to be a host on a Friday night, please contact Pastor Rick or Pastor Rob. We would like to make board games available. If you have a game you would like to donate for the Entrance, please bring it to the church office.
